Hitsujibungaku are a Japanese alternative rock band led by singer-guitarist Moeka Shiotsuka alongside bassist Yurika Kasai. Formed in the mid-2010s, they built a name in Tokyo's indie scene with a dreamy, shoegaze-tinged sound and Shiotsuka's delicate vocals. They reached a wide audience in 2023 when 'more than words' — the ending theme for Jujutsu Kaisen: Shibuya Incident — surpassed 100 million streams in Japan, followed by 'Burning' for Oshi no Ko's second season in 2024.
