Jonas Dept is a Belgian pianist who performs as The Pianologist and works out of Chiang Mai. He studied classical piano at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and travelled as an accompanist for the Royal Academy of Dance before moving to Chiang Mai in 2007. His repertoire runs through the French nineteenth and twentieth centuries — Debussy, Ravel, Fauré — alongside his own album "A Train Named Exile".
