Kodaline are the Irish four-piece who turn heartache into stadium-sized catharsis. Formed in Swords, near Dublin, in 2012 out of the earlier band 21 Demands, the group—Steve Garrigan, Mark Prendergast, Vinny May and Jason Boland—broke through with the aching 'All I Want' and its music video in 2013. Their debut In a Perfect World (2013) topped the Irish charts, spawning anthems 'High Hopes' and 'Brother', while Coming Up for Air (2015) kept their soaring, emotional rock in demand. Garrigan's raw, yearning voice remains their signature.
