LEPYUTIN are a six-piece from Bangkok. It began when a group of university friends put a band together, rented a house, and made their own music inside it — the only purpose being to pass on the music they loved to other people. The sound is what the six of them like, put together: alternative, jazz, rock, psychedelia. The band's identity formed at the same time as the album did, they told EQ; everything rests on what everyone in the room is interested in. Their latest album is Deviation From the Norm, and in 2024 they played the VIMAN stage at Maho Rasop Festival, having already taken the band to a live show in Osaka.
