Sek Sekson Sukpimai comes from Non Thai in Nakhon Ratchasima, the youngest of his family; his elder brother Amorn Sukpimai fronted the band Naga. Before Loso he worked the pubs of several provinces as a jobbing musician, until the album 'Loso Society' — rock with lyrics anyone could follow, from a musician who sold playing rather than looks. 'ฉันหรือเธอที่เปลี่ยนไป' is what made the country know him. In 2003 he paused the band to study language and music in London. He has played the same Fender Stratocaster Richie Sambora Signature — cream, star inlays — since the first album.
