Young Man and the Sea are a Thai indie folk-rock band on Tigger Twins Records, playing an easy-going blend of acoustic and orchestral sounds. Their name comes from Ernest Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea, and man set against nature is a recurring theme in their songs. Their first single, "Candide", is named for the last line of Voltaire's novel.
