DAY6 are four — Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil and Dowoon — and returned with an eighth mini album, 'Fourever', after three years away. Young K explained that the title carries several meanings: their fandom, My Day, was recruiting its fourth intake that year, and the four of them hope the music they sing lasts forever. Sungjin admitted that alongside the excitement of being back on stage there was worry, since listeners' expectations would have grown while they were gone. The album is a bridge between the old DAY6 and the future one, he said, so rather than attempt something new they chose to keep making what DAY6 has always made, and show how much they had grown inside it.
