CNBLUE debuted with 'Loner' in January 2010 and it was a hit almost immediately. Fifteen years on, the band — Jung Yong-hwa singing, Kang Min-hyuk on drums, Lee Jung-shin on bass — released a tenth mini album, X: six songs the members helped compose and write, led by 'A Sleepless Night', a mid-tempo rock song about memories that will not leave, taken from the poet Ha Sang-wook's line, is it you I miss, or is it that time. X stands for ten, Kang said, and also for the infinite possibilities still ahead. People who do not know them well, the members noted, tend to assume the band had an easy path from the start; from where they stand, it has been constant work.
