The Parkinson are a Thai soul trio — Karn Niphat Kamjornpreecha on vocals and guitar, To Nattawit Odaki on bass, Beer Arithat Kueajitkulnan on drums. Their reference points are 70s soul and blues, including lyrics darker and more suggestive than Thai bands usually write, carried on melodies that stay beautiful. Their label describes the songs as easy to listen to and hard to play, because the chords underneath are more complex than they sound. The first single 'จะบอกเธอว่ารัก', written by Karn, set the band's direction outright; 'คืนนี้', 'หมดแก้ว' and 'เพื่อนรัก' followed.
