ILLIT are a five-member girl group — Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee and Iroha — formed through the competition show R U Next? and debuting in March 2024 with the four-song mini album SUPER REAL ME on BELIFT LAB. The title track 'Magnetic' went to No. 1 on Korea's MelOn Daily Top 100 and No. 2 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100, and the release set a record as the best-selling debut album by first-week sales among female K-pop artists. Preparing for debut, Iroha says, she came to understand that real growth happens when you go past the limits you set for yourself: as a trainee she sometimes felt she was going in circles, because in her head she had a fixed definition of what she was capable of.
