TV Girl are a dreamy lo-fi alternative bedroom-pop group out of Los Angeles, and the band has been through several versions of itself: a new lead singer, new friendships, new enemies, new music. Brad Petering and Jason from the band produced Coma Cinema's album Posthumous Release. As for Charlyne, the mannequin they keep posting about — do not call her a merch girl, Brad says. She is their manager, their muse, their confidant, their benefactor, their whole reason for being. The best way to support a small band, he adds, is to buy the music directly from them on Bandcamp.
